It started with Smile 20, a Cannes winning idea created by our director-level teams, and my partner and I got to evolve it. We worked on the case study for the O.G and then worked on the evolution at the 2025 Charlotte Marathon. Smiles help pain, but so does music so we put a DJ at mile 20 to help runners keep going — then we met them at the finish line with swag and pain relief.
